| Frequently Asked Questions: 1. What is NJS4E: Another Level? "Another Level" is what we consider a win-win situation for NJS4E and those who enjoy the site. It has always been the mission of NJS4E to grow as large as it can, in order to celebrate "New Jack Swing and the Soul of Urban Music" as much as possible. Eventually, we are looking to partner with the music industry so that we can provide legal downloads of virtually every New Jack single ever recorded. But for now, we are starting with originally produced streaming video interviews/segments with those who played a role in making the New Jack Era as special as it was. Most of, if not all of the "Another Level" interviews will be produced by NJS4E's offline team in Los Angeles, NJS West. Your segment host will be entertainment personality Keith "ZappMan" Crenshaw, pictured below: ![]() We have decided to make "Another Level" a patronage-based service in order to ensure the further development of NJS4E. 2. What is BitPass? Bitpass is a web-based payment system that lets you make small purchases. It is also a network where you can check out other websites that are offering downloads and content for purchase as well. 3. How does BitPass work? Perhaps the best way to think of it is like a pre-paid phone card. You load at least $3.00 US onto your account, and then you are able to spend that money on any site in the BitPass network. And of course, NJS4E is now a part of the BitPass network! 4. How much does BitPass cost? Actually, nothing. While you do have to add at least $3.00 US to get started, none of the money you load is deducted for fees of any kind. The service is %100 free for users. 5. How do I get started using Bitpass? Do I need a credit card? ![]() Presently you can use Paypal (an extremely popular and flexible service), or MasterCard, Discover, Visa and American Express. You can click here to get started with Bitpass. 6. So why isn't NJS4E using Paypal instead of BitPass? BitPass, along with another service we may add in the future called Click & Buy (which some Euro ITunes affliliates are using) specializes in web-based content such as music downloads and premium sections like "Another Level." Plus, BitPass already accepts Paypal, so in effect, we *are* using Paypal too. 6. How are purchase complaints handled? We most certainly hope this never happens. However, in the event that it does, you can contact us via the "complaint" link associated with each item in your purchase history (which you will be able to view in your BitPass control panel). 7. What are the minimum computer requirements? At this time, we highly recommend that you are connecting to the internet via highspeed broadband (Cable/DSL/LAN) before attempting to purchase access to Another Level, as the streaming video is optimized for broadband. ![]() Do you have a question that wasn't answered above?
