Steven Mills joined Njs4ever Networks in 2008, jumpstarting the companies' broadcasting division with the launch of the first Rhythmic Adult Hits-formatted station, New Jack Radio. This property evolved into the current CHiLL-FM, which has established itself as a growing local media property serving the Wichita, KS metro area.

Bringing to the table over 14 years of experience in radio, ascending to the programming chair in 2002 at "big company" stations such as Clear Channel in markets such as Phoenix, Omaha, Tucscon, and Kansas City.

With his time at stations such as KTBT, KIZS, KBLR and KZLR, Steve Mills brings a seasoned dimension to Njs4ever Networks' mission to deliver quality content to consumers hungry for something compelling, so that we may in turn deliver passionate audiences to advertisers with a message or product that fits.

Steve Mills was born and raised in the Kansas City Metro area.
